Go Undercover

OverSpy is designed to be completely invisible. It is not detected even by Windows Task Manager.

Setting it up

When you install OverSpy, initially it is being shown both on the Startup Menu and on the Add/Remove Programs list in Control Panel. This is done for your convenience, to give you a chance to get to know OverSpy before it goes undercover.

Remember: you can always pop up OverSpy by pressing the configured hot-key combination. By default, this is Ctrl + Shift + O. Of course you can change it from the Options menu.

Hide it

Once you feel confident with OverSpy, you are ready to make it totally invisible. Go to the Tools menu and select 'Hide all shortcuts to OverSpy' and then 'Hide me from Add/Remove Programs'. Now no references to OverSpy can be found anywhere in Windows.

The last sign of OverSpy is the small icon residing in Windows System Tray (the icon area on the bottom right of your screen). Right-click the icon and select 'Go Undercover'.

That is it. You are ready. Come back later to get your monitoring data or simply wait for the reports to come to your email if you wanted them delivered there.
